Empowering Healing, Inspiring Growth

Many of us find ourselves trapped in familiar patterns that no longer serve us, hindering our ability to cultivate healthy relationships, find fulfillment in work, and maintain positive self-esteem. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I can help you to untangle the influence of past experiences on present-day struggles. Together, we can address issues such as self-criticism, over reactions or overthinking, emotional turmoil or numbness, relationship concerns, challenges with life transitions, and painful memories from the past.

My approach involves guiding clients through the processing of their past and present experiences, and empowering them to develop healthier coping strategies. As a former teacher with over a decade of experience, I also work with adolescents experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, abuse, attachment concerns, anger, learning/attention issues, ADHD, and family transitions, such as divorce.

In my work with clients, I draw from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. Reaching out for help takes a lot of courage. To ease in this process, I invite you to call or email me for a free 15 minute consult where we can discuss your goals for seeking therapy.
